Ouch

I enjoy doing my few daily chores everyday, now the pain patch is working. I can do it all without sitting down, most of the time. It make me feel "normal" Woke up this morning feeling really good as I do most days now. John left for his treatment alone because of course I'm waiting for the damn heating people to show up. Bil left to go home and I got on with the beds. All I did was change around the duvets back to the right bedroom and I felt my back go. Don't you just hate that feeling when you know that when you stand up it's going to hurt like hell, sigh.

So I've taken some pain meds, ate a banana so I don't feel yuck with them, made a coffee and sigh, I'm sitting down for most of the day. How depressing and I was having such a pain free day.

Oh well tomorrow is another day and my back WILL be feeling better.
