Midnight train for Georgia

Ok so it wasn't a train it was our car. I gave in trying to talk her into staying with us at 12:15 and by 12:20 we were in the car heading back to Haverhill. Poor kid wanted her Nanny and she "missssssssssssed Nanny so very much Vanda", and I heard the sobbing to go with it. We've always promised that if she wanted to go home she could. I've always managed to talk her into staying before. But this time I had to keep my promise.

Eh gads am I glad we took her home. She went to sleep as soon as she got there and ended up throwing up most of the night and this morning! Georgia complained about her tummy aching a few times but then she forgot about it while she was with us. Poor kidlet she's not feeling good at all today.

I'm glad I did get her to her Nanny in time. I just phoned and she's still feeling poorly.

How's Scottsdale Karen?

In spite of the fact that I've got a cold, Scottsdale is wonderful. Around noon I go to the back yard and take a cat nap in the sun. Feels so good for my achy bones.
